In this topic, you will learn how to modify a grant schedule in G5.
Steps:
Click the Grant Schedules menu item to begin the process of modifying a grant schedule.
Step 1Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the search information into the CFDA Number field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "469".
Step 3Enter the search information into the SubProgram ID field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "D".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for the grant schedules which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the results.
Step 6Click the Select button to mark Schedule Number 3.
Step 7Click the Modify button to modify the schedule you selected.
Step 8Note: This example will focus on updating the contacts information. Any of the information may be updated by clicking the appropriate tab.
Step 9Click the Contacts tab to review the contact information.
Step 10Click the Delete button to delete the existing Primary Contact.
Step 11Click the Add button to add a new Primary Contact.
Step 12Click the Select button to mark Scott Filter.
Step 13Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 14Click the Continue > button to move to the main Contacts tab.
Step 15Click the Summary tab to move to the Summary screen.
Step 16Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the updated information.
Step 17Click the Submit button to submit the changes to the system.
Step 18The system displays a message indicating that the schedule has been successfully modified.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 19Note: If you want to modify additional grant schedules, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 20Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 21Congratulations!
You have successfully modified a grant schedule.
