Removing an Authentication Device - Step 5

The Remove Device feature is designed for those who use the App option to authenticate their G5 login.

 

When you activate a device to use the App authentication, you must then have access to that device every time you log in to G5 so you can enter the code provided by your authenticator app.

 

If you either lose or replace that device, you must use the Remove Device feature to remove that device from your account so you can activate another.
