Inquire or Edit a Grant Issue


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to inquire or edit a grant issue.


Steps:

  1. Select the desired award from the Grants with Issues list by clicking on the Award link.

     

    In this example, click the Z420C130002 link.

  2. The Issues tab displays the list of issues associated with the selected award.

  3. Click the Edit icon to modify the selected issue.

    Step 3
  4. The Edit an Award Issue window allows you to modify the award issue fields.

     

    Note: The Issue field cannot be modified.

  5. In this example, we will modify the Priority and Trend fields.

     

    Click the Priority field to view the priority list.

  6. Select the Low option to mark the issue as low priority.

  7. Click the Trend field to modify the trend.

    Step 7
  8. Select the appropriate trend from the dropdown list.

     

    In this example, select Improving.

  9. After reviewing your updates, click the Save Issue button to save your changes.

  10. A message will appear to confirm that the changes have been saved.

  11. Note: The updated information will appear on the Issues list.

  12. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
