In this topic, you will learn how to inquire or edit a grant issue.
Steps:
Select the desired award from the Grants with Issues list by clicking on the Award link.
In this example, click the Z420C130002 link.
Step 1The Issues tab displays the list of issues associated with the selected award.
Step 2Click the Edit icon to modify the selected issue.
Step 3The Edit an Award Issue window allows you to modify the award issue fields.
Note: The Issue field cannot be modified.
Step 4In this example, we will modify the Priority and Trend fields.
Click the Priority field to view the priority list.
Step 5Select the Low option to mark the issue as low priority.
Step 6Click the Trend field to modify the trend.
Step 7Select the appropriate trend from the dropdown list.
In this example, select Improving.
Step 8After reviewing your updates, click the Save Issue button to save your changes.
Step 9A message will appear to confirm that the changes have been saved.
Step 10Note: The updated information will appear on the Issues list.
Step 11Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
