In this topic, you will learn how to delete a grant schedule in G5.
Steps:
Click the Grant Schedules menu item to begin the process of deleting a grant schedule.
Step 1Note: When you are searching for the grant schedule, you can use any field or a combination of the fields. For example, if you use the CFDA Number field you can also use the Schedule Number field.
For this example, we will use the CFDA Number field only. Thus, we will see all the grant schedules associated with that CFDA Number.
Step 2Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 3Enter the desired information into the CFDA Number field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "469".
Step 4Enter the search information into the SubProgram ID field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "D".
Step 5Click the Search button to search for the schedules which meet the criteria.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 7Click the Select button to mark CFDA/Subprogram 84.469D, Schedule Number 3.
Step 8Click the Delete button to delete the schedule you selected.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 10The system displays a message asking if you are certain you want to delete the schedule.
Click the Yes option to acknowledge the deletion.
Step 11Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary screen.
Step 12Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 13Click the Submit button to submit the deletion to the system.
Step 14The system displays a message confirming the deletion.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

Note: If you want to delete another grant schedule, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 16Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 17Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a grant schedule.
