In this topic, you will learn how to add a grant to a monitoring review.
Steps:
Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Monitoring Reviews menu item to begin the process of editing a monitoring review.
Step 1Click the Review Start Date link to access the desired review.
In this example, click the 08/30/2013 link.
Step 2Click the Grants tab to view the list of assigned grants.
Step 3Click the Add Grant button to add a grant to the monitoring review.
Step 4The Add Grant window will display the recipient's grants associated with the fiscal year and CFDA/Subprogram under which the monitoring review was created.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark the grants which will be added to the monitoring review.
In this example, select award Z420C130001.
Step 6Click the Add Grant button to add the selected grants to the monitoring review.
Step 7The award will now appear on the Grants tab.
Step 8Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 9Congratulations!
You have successfully added a grant to a monitoring review.
