In this topic, you will learn how to create milestones for multiple awards.
Steps:
Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Performance Monitoring menu item to begin the process of creating milestones.
Step 1Click the Create Milestone in Mass button to add milestones to multiple awards.
Step 2Enter the desired information into the Fiscal Year (YYYY)* field.
In this example, enter "2013".
Step 3Enter the desired information into the CFDA/Subprogram (##.###A)* field.
In this example, enter "84.420C".
Step 4Click the Report Type dropdown list to select the desired milestone.
Step 5Select the desired report type from the list.
In this example, select Annual Financial.
Step 6Click the Search Awards To Create Milestones In Mass button to view the list of awards.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 8Click the Select checkboxes to mark the awards to which the new milestone will be assigned or click the All link to select all awards.
In this example, click the All link.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 10Click the Create Milestones In Mass button to continue to the Summary page.
Step 11Review the Summary page to ensure that the information is correct.
After review, click the Submit button to save the new milestone.
Step 12The system displays a confirmation message indicating that the milestone has been added.
Step 13Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 14Congratulations!
