Create Multiple Milestones


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to create milestones for multiple awards.


Steps:

  1. Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Performance Monitoring menu item to begin the process of creating milestones.

  2. Click the Create Milestone in Mass button to add milestones to multiple awards.

  3. Enter the desired information into the Fiscal Year (YYYY)* field.

     

    In this example, enter "2013".

    Step 3
  4. Enter the desired information into the CFDA/Subprogram (##.###A)* field.

     

    In this example, enter "84.420C".

  5. Click the Report Type dropdown list to select the desired milestone.

  6. Select the desired report type from the list.

     

    In this example, select Annual Financial.

  7. Click the Search Awards To Create Milestones In Mass button to view the list of awards.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.

  9. Click the Select checkboxes to mark the awards to which the new milestone will be assigned or click the All link to select all awards.

     

    In this example, click the All link.

  10. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.

  11. Click the Create Milestones In Mass button to continue to the Summary page.

  12. Review the Summary page to ensure that the information is correct.

     

    After review, click the Submit button to save the new milestone.

  13. The system displays a confirmation message indicating that the milestone has been added.

  14. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
