In this topic, you will learn how to create and submit an electronic grants survey.
Steps:
Click the My Survey menu item to begin creating an electronic grants survey.
Step 1Click the button to the right of the Survey Module field to display the survey modules.
Step 2Select the Electronic Application list item.
Step 3Click the Continue > button to continue to the survey questions.
Step 4The Survey Questions tab displays.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the questions.
Step 5Complete the questions by selecting the appropriate answer.
Step 6Once you have completed the answers, click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review your answers.
Step 8Click the Submit button to submit your survey.
Step 9The system displays a message indicating that your survey was submitted successfully.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 10Note: If you would like to submit surveys for other G5 modules, you may click Done and return to the General Information screen to complete another survey.
Step 11Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully created and submitted an electronic grants survey.
