Create and Submit an Electronic Grants Survey


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to create and submit an electronic grants survey.


Steps:

  1. Click the My Survey menu item to begin creating an electronic grants survey.

  2. Click the button to the right of the Survey Module field to display the survey modules.

  3. Select the Electronic Application list item.

  4. Click the Continue > button to continue to the survey questions.

  5. The Survey Questions tab displays.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the questions.

  6. Complete the questions by selecting the appropriate answer.

  7. Once you have completed the answers, click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review your answers.

  9. Click the Submit button to submit your survey.

  10. The system displays a message indicating that your survey was submitted successfully.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  11. Note:  If you would like to submit surveys for other G5 modules, you may click Done and return to the General Information screen to complete another survey.

  12. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
