In this topic, you will learn how to add or remove reviewers in G5.
Steps:
Click the Panel Structure menu item to begin the process of adding or removing a reviewer.
Step 1Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the search information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 3Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "3".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for competitions which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the results.
Step 6Click the Select button to mark Schedule 3, Tier 3.
Step 7Click the Manage Panels button to display the existing panels.
Step 8Click the Select button to mark the Colleges - 1 panel.
Step 9Click the Modify Panel button to modify the panel you selected.
Step 10Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the pool of reviewers and assigned reviewers.
Step 11Click the Select box to mark Tom Smither.
Step 12Click the Assign Reviewers button to assign the new reviewer.
Step 13The system displays a message indicating that the reviewer has been added.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 14Click the Continue > button to move to the Assign Applications tab.
Step 15Click the Continue > button to move to the Assign Reviewers To Applications tab.
Step 16Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 17Click the Continue > button to move to the Panel History tab.
Step 18Click the Submit button to submit the new reviewer to the system.
Step 19Note: If you would like to add additional reviewers, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 20Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 21Congratulations!
You have successfully added or removed a reviewer.
