In this topic, you will learn how to rollback an award.
Steps:
Click the Rollback menu to begin the process of rolling back a single award or multiple awards.
Step 1Enter the correct information into the From Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2022".
Step 2Enter the correct information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.004B".
Step 3Enter the correct information into the Schedule No field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "1".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for awards which meet the criteria.
Step 5Note: If you want to rollback all the awards which display, you may click the All link. If you need to select only part of the list, you may check the check boxes for the awards you wish to rollback.
For this example, we will rollback a single award.
Also Note: The Budget Fiscal Year is displayed at the end of each PR/Award Number.
Step 6Click the Select checkbox to select the award you want to rollback.
In this example, select the second award.
Step 7Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.
Step 8Note: If any of the awards which were selected are not able to be rolled back, the system will generate an error message indicating which awards are not able to be rolled back. When this occurs, you may return to the Rollback Award tab and uncheck the awards which generated errors. Then, you may proceed in rolling back the remainder of the awards.
Step 9Click the Submit button to submit the rollback.
Step 10The system displays a message indicating that the awards have been successfully rolled back.
Note: If you would like to rollback awards for additional schedules, you may click Done to return to the search screen and repeat the process.
Step 11Click the Go to Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully rolled back awards.
