In this topic, you will learn how to delete an administrative (admin) action request.
Steps:
Click the Initiate Actions menu item under Grant Maintenance to begin the process of deleting an administrative (admin) action request.
Step 1Select the appropriate award.
In this example, click the Select button to mark Award P031A170000.
Step 2Click the Continue > button to move to the Admin Action Request page.
Step 3Draft admin actions will be listed at the bottom of the Admin Action Request page. Select the admin action you want to delete.
Click the Select button to mark the Draft Address Change request.
Step 4Note: Admin action requests can only be deleted when they are in Draft status.
If you attempt to delete a Pending admin action request, an error message will appear. To delete a Pending admin action request, you must first unsubmit the request.
Step 5Click the Delete button to delete the request.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 7Click the Submit button to complete the process and delete the request.
Step 8The system displays a message indicating that the action has been successfully deleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 9Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 10Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted an admin action request.
