Create a Monitoring Review


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to create a monitoring review in G5.


Steps:

  1. Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Monitoring Reviews menu item to begin the process of creating a monitoring review for a grantee institution.

  2. Click the Create New Monitoring Review button to open the Create Monitoring Review window.

  3. Enter the appropriate grantee UEI in the Recipient UEI field.

     

    In this example, enter "AAA111BBB223".

    Step 3
  4. Enter the desired information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    In this example, enter "2022".

    Step 4
  5. Enter the desired CFDA/Subprogram in the Subprogram field.

     

    In this example, enter "84.005A".

  6. Click the Review Type field to select a review type.

  7. The Start Date will default to the date the monitoring review is created in G5.

     

    You can click in the field to enter a different date if necessary.

  8. Click the Create Monitoring Review button to save the monitoring review.

  9. The monitoring review will now appear for additional editing.

  10. After creating and editing the monitoring review, you can click the Generate Monitoring Report button to compile and export the review information to a Word document.

  11. Click the Monitoring Reviews link to view the list of created monitoring reviews.

  12. The monitoring review will appear on the Monitoring Reviews list.

  13. Click the Main menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.

  14. Note: The monitoring review will also appear in the Open Monitoring Reviews list on the My HomePage screen.
