In this topic, you will learn how to delete a grant team in G5.
Steps:
Important Note:
A grant team can only be deleted if it has not been associated to a grant schedule within G5.
Step 1Click the Grant Team function to start a query for an existing grant team.
Step 2Click in the Grant Team Name field to enter the grant team for the query.
Step 3Enter the desired information into the Grant Team Name field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "SRO Grant Team".
Step 4Click the Search button to execute the query.
Step 5The system displays results which meet the search criteria.
Click the Select button for Grant Team Number OCFO125.
Step 6Click the Delete button to continue.
Step 7The system displays the information for the grant team so that you can verify that it is the correct one to delete.
Click the Delete button to delete the grant team.
Step 8The system displays a message asking if you are sure you want to delete the grant team information.
Click the Yes option to confirm deleting the grant team.
Step 9Click the Continue > button to commit the deletion.
Step 10The system displays a message stating that the grant team was successfully deleted.
Click the Done button to acknowledge the note.
Step 11Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a grant team.
