In this topic, you will learn how to edit a performance report.
Steps:
Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of editing a performance report.
Step 1The awards associated with your user ID display.
Click the Select button to mark Award P407W100001.
Step 2Click the Continue > button to continue to the list of reports which are required.
Step 3Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the list of reports.
Step 4Click the Select button to mark the Annual Performance report for Award P407W100001.
Step 5Click the Edit Report button to edit the report you selected.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the forms.
Step 7For this example, Sections B and C of the standard ED 524B form are in Draft status. They will be edited and completed.
Step 8Click the Select button to mark Form 1852_6003 (ED 524B) - Sections B and C.
Step 9Click the Edit Form button to edit the form you selected.
Step 10The form displays.
Click the Browse… button for the File field in Section B.
Step 11Select the Financial Year 1 file from the list.
Step 12Click the Open button to add the file to the form.
Step 13The file is now displayed in the field.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 14Click the Form Complete option box to indicate that the form is now complete.
Step 15Click the Save & Return to Package button to save the attached file and return to the package.
Step 16A message displays indicating that the form was successfully saved.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 17The status of the form has updated to "Completed."
Click the Preview Package button to generate the package to preview.
Step 18Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 19Click the Click here to view the Report Package Document link to view the package.
Step 20This screen shows a sample cover page for a performance report.
Step 21This screen shows a sample of the first page of a completed report.
Step 22This screen shows the completed Budget Expenditures section of a sample report.
Step 23Click the Close Tab button to close the report and return to the G5 screen.
Step 24Click the Continue > button to continue to the Summary tab.
Step 25Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 26Click the Submit button to submit and save the edited report package.
Step 27The system displays a message indicating that the report package was submitted successfully.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 28Note: If you would like to edit report packages for additional awards, you may click Done to return to your awards list and repeat the process.
Step 29Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 30Congratulations!
You have successfully edited a performance report.
