In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on a UEI reassignment request.
Steps:
Click the UEI Reassignment menu item to begin inquiring on a UEI reassignment request.
Step 1Enter the correct information into the Old UEI field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "GGG777HHH912".
Step 2Click the Include Posted checkbox.
Step 3Click the Search button to search for the UEI reassignment request.
Step 4You can check on the status of the request.
Note: The G5 system sweeps all the reassignment requests as part of an overnight batch process. Until the request is processed, it will have the status of Pending. After it is processed, the status will either be Complete if it is successfully processed or Error if there is an issue processing the request.
Step 5Click the GGG777HHH912 link to review the old UEI.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the old UEI.
Step 7You can review the address and performance indicators information as needed.
Step 8Click the Cancel Inquire button to return to the search results screen.
Step 9Click the GGG777HHH913 link to view the new UEI.
Step 10Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information for the new UEI.
Step 11Again, you can review the address and performance indicators information as needed.
Step 12Click the Cancel Inquire button to return to the search results screen once again.
Step 13Note: If you want to search for additional reassignments to review, you can click the Clear button and repeat the process.
Step 14Click the My HomePage menu to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 15Congratulations!
