Undelete an Application


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to undelete an application in G5.


Steps:

  1. Click the Application Log menu item to begin the process of undeleting an application.

  2. NoteYou must first search for the application you want to undelete.

    Step 2
  3. Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  4. Enter the information into the PR/Award No. field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Z003J090002".

    Step 4
  5. Click the View Deleted Applications option so that the system will search for deleted applications.

  6. Click the Search button to search for applications meeting the criteria.

  7. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the search results.

  8. The system displays the list of deleted applications.

     

    Click the Select button to mark the application for Award Z003J090002.

  9. Click the Undelete button to undelete the application you have selected.

  10. Enter the explanation for undeleting the application into the Comments field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "was not duplicate".

  11. Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary screen.

  12. After reviewing the Summary information, click the Submit button to undelete the application.

  13. NoteIf you want to undelete additional applications, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.

  14. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
