In this topic, you will learn how to undelete an application in G5.
Steps:
Click the Application Log menu item to begin the process of undeleting an application.
Step 1Note: You must first search for the application you want to undelete.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 3Enter the information into the PR/Award No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Z003J090002".
Step 4Click the View Deleted Applications option so that the system will search for deleted applications.
Step 5Click the Search button to search for applications meeting the criteria.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the search results.
Step 7The system displays the list of deleted applications.
Click the Select button to mark the application for Award Z003J090002.
Step 8Click the Undelete button to undelete the application you have selected.
Step 9Enter the explanation for undeleting the application into the Comments field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "was not duplicate".
Step 10Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary screen.
Step 11After reviewing the Summary information, click the Submit button to undelete the application.
Step 12Note: If you want to undelete additional applications, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 13Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 14Congratulations!
You have successfully undeleted an application.
