In this topic, you will learn how to publish a performance report package. Please make sure you have the necessary roles below

Before you begin pleases make sure your performance report package matches the milestone (report type, such as "interim" and FY) and matches the scheduale of the award. If an award is scheduale 1, there must be a report for scheduale 1. If the award is on scheduale 2, there must be a report on scheduale).
Steps:
Click the Package Maintenance menu item to begin the process of publishing an application package.
Step 1Note: In the search criteria field please make sure you are using information from the application package that you created.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2010".
Step 3Note: You may complete the other fields as needed for your search. For this example, the CFDA/Subprogram and Schedule Number were also entered.
Step 4Click the Search button to search for the application package which meets the criteria.
Step 5Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the search results.
Step 6Click the Select button to mark the Training by Consultants package.
Step 7Click the Publish/Unpublish button to publish the package.
Step 8Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the Forms section.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to continue scrolling down and review the narratives.
Step 10The system displays a message asking if you are certain that you want to publish the package.
Click the Yes option to confirm.
Step 11Click the Submit button to submit your work and publish the package.
Step 12The system displays a message indicating that the package has been successfully published.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 13Note: If you want to publish additional performance report packages, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 14Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 15Congratulations!
You have successfully published a performance report package.
