In this topic, you will learn how to change a reviewer's status to inactive.
Steps:
Click the Reviewer Pool menu item to begin the process of changing a reviewer's status to inactive.
Step 1Enter the information into the First Name field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Tim".
Step 2Enter the information into the Last Name field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Reviewer".
Step 3Click the Search button to search for the reviewer you entered.
Step 4Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the action buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5Click the Select option to mark the record which is displayed for the reviewer.
Step 6Click the Activate/Inactivate button to change the reviewer status to Inactive.
Step 7Click the button to the right of the PO Name field to display the list of Program Offices.
Step 8For this example, click the OSERS list item.
Step 9Enter the information into the Phone No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "202-123-4567".
Step 10Enter the reason for making the reviewer inactive into the Comments field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "marking reviewer as inactive".
Step 11Click the Continue > button to proceed to the Summary tab.
Step 12Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 13Note: The Active Reviewer status has changed to No.
Click the Submit button to submit the changes.
Step 14The system confirmation message states that the reviewer was successfully made inactive.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Step 15Note: If you would like to change the status for another reviewer to Inactive, you may click the Done button to return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 16Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 17Congratulations!
You successfully changed a reviewer's status to inactive.
