Modify an Electronic Application


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to modify an application.


Steps:

  1. Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of modifying an application.

  2. Your list of Application Packages displays.

     

    Click the Select button to mark the Training package.

  3. Click the Initiate/Work On button to move to the Package Information tab and work on your modifications.

  4. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the forms.

  5. Note:  You may update as many forms as needed.  This example will focus on updating a single form.

  6. Click the Select option to mark the Standard Budget Sheet (ED 524) form.

  7. Click the Edit Form button to edit the form you selected.

  8. This is an example of a budget form before it has been updated.

  10. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and save your work.

  11. Click the Save & Return to Package button to save your work and return to the package information.

  12. The system displays a message indicating that the form has been saved.

     

    Next Steps

     

    When you are ready, you may submit the application package.

  13. Hover over the Main menu and click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
