In this topic, you will learn how to modify an application.
Steps:
Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of modifying an application.
Step 1Your list of Application Packages displays.
Click the Select button to mark the Training package.
Step 2Click the Initiate/Work On button to move to the Package Information tab and work on your modifications.
Step 3Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the forms.
Step 4Note: You may update as many forms as needed. This example will focus on updating a single form.
Step 5Click the Select option to mark the Standard Budget Sheet (ED 524) form.
Step 6Click the Edit Form button to edit the form you selected.
Step 7This is an example of a budget form before it has been updated.
Step 8This is an example of an updated budget form.
Step 9Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and save your work.
Step 10Click the Save & Return to Package button to save your work and return to the package information.
Step 11The system displays a message indicating that the form has been saved.
Next Steps
When you are ready, you may submit the application package.
Step 12Hover over the Main menu and click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
