Note: To Approve the Slate the following actions must be completed prior to Clicking the Approve Slate button. Substantial Progress and Budget Complete must each be marked as complete.
The definition of "complete" for each is:
Substantial Progress - This indicates that Substantial progress has been made for the prior Fiscal Year.
Budget Complete - This indicates whether or not the application has completed budget information for all budget periods as determined on the budget worksheet.
NCC Status - Select Recommended from the drop list
ED Program Contact - Select the Appropriate ED program Contact
When each of these is completed, the slate is ready to be approved.
