Copy Other Review Forms


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to copy a review form in G5.


Steps:

  1. Click the Other Forms menu item to begin the process of copying a form.

  2. You will first need to search for the review form you want to copy.

  3. Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  4. Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".

  5. Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "3".

  6. Click the Include Published checkbox to include published forms in the search results.

  7. Click the Search button to query the system for review forms which meet the search criteria.

  8. The system displays forms which meet the criteria.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the results.

  9. Click the Select button to mark the form entitled ACME.

  10. Click the Copy button to copy the form.

  11. Next you will need to search for the schedule to which you want to copy the form.

  12. The system displays the Copy Review Form screen.  Enter the desired information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  13. Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".

  14. Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "4".

  15. Click the Search button to search the system for the schedule you entered.

  16. The system displays the results which meet the search criteria.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  17. Click the appropriate radio button to select the tier you wish to edit.

     

    In this example, click the radio button to select 2009 84.003J Tier 2.

  18. Click the Continue > button to move to the Review Form Entry screen.

  19. NoteThe system has copied the information from the existing form onto the new form.  You can revise or add to the fields as needed.  For this example, only certain fields will be updated.

  20. Click in the Form Title field.

  21. Press the [Delete] key to delete the Form Title which was copied.

  22. Enter the title for the new form into the Form Title field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Education University Exit Assessment".

  23. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  24. Click the Continue > button to move to the Questions screen.

  25. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the questions which have been copied onto the new form.

  26. Click the Continue > button to keep the existing question and move to the Signature/Comments screen.

  27. Click the Continue > button to keep the Signature/Comments screen as is and move to the Summary screen.

  28. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.

  29. Click the Submit button to submit the newly created form.

  30. The system displays a message indicating that the new form has been created successfully.

  31. NoteIf you want to copy additional review forms, you can click the Done button to return to the Search screen.
