In this topic, you will learn how to copy a review form in G5.
Steps:
Click the Other Forms menu item to begin the process of copying a form.
Step 1You will first need to search for the review form you want to copy.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 3Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 4Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "3".
Step 5Click the Include Published checkbox to include published forms in the search results.
Step 6Click the Search button to query the system for review forms which meet the search criteria.
Step 7The system displays forms which meet the criteria.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the results.
Step 8Click the Select button to mark the form entitled ACME.
Step 9Click the Copy button to copy the form.
Step 10Next you will need to search for the schedule to which you want to copy the form.
Step 11The system displays the Copy Review Form screen. Enter the desired information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 12Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 13Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "4".
Step 14Click the Search button to search the system for the schedule you entered.
Step 15The system displays the results which meet the search criteria.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 16Click the appropriate radio button to select the tier you wish to edit.
In this example, click the radio button to select 2009 84.003J Tier 2.
Step 17Click the Continue > button to move to the Review Form Entry screen.
Step 18Note: The system has copied the information from the existing form onto the new form. You can revise or add to the fields as needed. For this example, only certain fields will be updated.
Step 19Click in the Form Title field.
Step 20Press the [Delete] key to delete the Form Title which was copied.
Step 21Enter the title for the new form into the Form Title field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Education University Exit Assessment".
Step 22Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 23Click the Continue > button to move to the Questions screen.
Step 24Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the questions which have been copied onto the new form.
Step 25Click the Continue > button to keep the existing question and move to the Signature/Comments screen.
Step 26Click the Continue > button to keep the Signature/Comments screen as is and move to the Summary screen.
Step 27Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.
Step 28Click the Submit button to submit the newly created form.
Step 29The system displays a message indicating that the new form has been created successfully.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 30Note: If you want to copy additional review forms, you can click the Done button to return to the Search screen.
Step 31Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page.
Step 32Congratulations!
You have successfully copied a review form.
