Edit or Delete an Objective


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to edit or delete an objective.


Steps:

  1. Click the My Grants link to view the list of assigned awards.

    Step 1
  2. Select the desired award by clicking the PR Award Number link.

     

    In this example, select award Z420C130001.

  3. Click the Objectives tab to view the list of project objectives associated with the selected award.

  4. Click the Edit Objective button to modify the objective.

    Step 4
  5. The Edit an Objective window will appear.

     

    Note: The Budget Period field cannot be modified.

     

    In this example, we will modify the measure type and add another performance measure.

  6. Click the Measure Type field to select a new type of performance measure.

  7. Select a new measure type from the dropdown list.

     

    In this example, select GPRA.

  8. Click the Add Measure button to add an additional performance measure.

    Step 8
  9. Enter a description in the Performance Measure field.

     

    In this example, enter "Number of credits completed with a grade of B or better."

  10. Enter a target in one of the available fields: Raw Number, Ratio, or Percentage (%).

     

    In this example, enter "90" in the Percentage (%) field.

  11. Click the Save Objective button to save your changes.

  12. A message will appear to confirm that the objective has been saved successfully.

  13. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
