In this topic, you will learn how to edit or delete an objective.
Steps:
Click the My Grants link to view the list of assigned awards.
Step 1Select the desired award by clicking the PR Award Number link.
In this example, select award Z420C130001.
Step 2Click the Objectives tab to view the list of project objectives associated with the selected award.
Step 3Click the Edit Objective button to modify the objective.
Step 4The Edit an Objective window will appear.
Note: The Budget Period field cannot be modified.
In this example, we will modify the measure type and add another performance measure.
Step 5Click the Measure Type field to select a new type of performance measure.
Step 6Select a new measure type from the dropdown list.
In this example, select GPRA.
Step 7Click the Add Measure button to add an additional performance measure.
Step 8Enter a description in the Performance Measure field.
In this example, enter "Number of credits completed with a grade of B or better."
Step 9Enter a target in one of the available fields: Raw Number, Ratio, or Percentage (%).
In this example, enter "90" in the Percentage (%) field.
Step 10Click the Save Objective button to save your changes.
Step 11A message will appear to confirm that the objective has been saved successfully.
Step 12Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully edited an objective.
