In this topic, you will learn how to delete a review form in G5.
Steps:
Click the Other Forms menu item to begin the process of deleting a review form.
Step 1Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 3Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "1".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for review forms meeting the search criteria.
Step 5The system displays review forms meeting the criteria.
Click the Select button to mark the Record of Discussion for Schedule 1.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 7Click the Delete button to delete the form.
Step 8The Summary screen displays.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the summary information.
Step 9The system displays a message asking if you are sure you want to delete the form.
Click the Yes button to acknowledge the deletion and move to the Confirmation screen.
Step 10The system displays a message indicating that the form has been successfully deleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 11Note: If you want to delete another review form, you can click the Done button.
Step 12Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a review form.
