In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on an electronic form.
Steps:
Click the Electronic Forms Maintenance menu item to begin the process of inquiring on an electronic form.
Step 1Enter the information into the Title field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Disclosure".
Step 2Note: You may also search by Form Type. For this example, only the form Title will be used.
Step 3Click the All Versions option box so that you can view all versions of the form.
Step 4Click the Search button to search for the forms which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities link to view the form information.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 7Note: You may view or print the rules document by clicking the link.
Step 8Click the Cancel button to return to the search screen.
Step 9Note: If you would like to inquire on additional forms, you may perform a new search.
Step 10Click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
