In this topic, you will learn how to delete a fellowship institution from the system.
Steps:
Click the Fellowship Institution/Project Director Maintenance menu item to begin the process of deleting a fellowship institution.
Step 1On the Fellowship Category tab, accept the default category of Fellowship Institution.
Click the Continue > button to move to the search screen.
Step 2Enter the information into the Institution Name field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "University of Torrance".
Step 3Click the Search button to search for the institution you entered.
Step 4Click the Select button to mark the University of Torrance.
Step 5Click the Delete button to delete the institution you selected.
Step 6Click the Submit button to submit the deletion to the system.
Step 7The system displays a message indicating that you cannot reverse the deletion of a fellowship institution.
Click the Yes option to confirm the deletion.
Step 8Click the Continue > button to continue and save your work.
Step 9The system displays a message indicating that the institution was successfully deleted.
Note: If you would like to delete additional fellowship institutions, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 10Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 11Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a fellowship institution from the system.
