Create a Fellowship Institution


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to create a fellowship institution.


Steps:

  1. Click the Fellowship Institution/Project Director Maintenance menu item to begin the process of creating a fellowship institution.

  2. Note:  The Category defaults to Fellowship Institution.

  3. Click the Continue > button to move to the Search Institutions tab.

  4. Click the Create button to create a new institution.

    Step 4
  5. Note:  This example will focus on completing the required fields.

  6. Enter the information into the Institution Name field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "University of Punta Gorda".

  7. Enter the information into the Street Address field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "100 Veterans Boulevard".

  8. Enter the information into the City field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Punta Gorda".

  9. Click the button to the right of the State field to display the list of State codes.

     

    Note:  You may also type the first letter of the state code and the system will jump directly to the states beginning with the letter you typed.

  10. Click the FL cell.

  11. Enter the information into the Zip Code field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "33983".

  12. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  13. Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.

  14. Click the Submit button to submit and save your work.

  15. The system displays a message indicating that the fellowship institution was created successfully.

     

    Note:  If you would like to create additional fellowship institutions, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.

  16. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
