Delete a Loan Base Record


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to delete a loan base record.


Steps:

  1. Click the Base Record Maintenance menu item to begin the process of deleting a loan base record.

  2. Click the button to the right of the Award Type field to display the list of award types.

  3. Select the Direct Loan list item.

    Step 3
  4. Enter the information into the Academic Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2013".

  5. Enter the information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.411C".

  6. Click the Search button to search for records which meet the criteria.

  7. Click the Select button to mark the record for the 2013 Direct Loan for CFDA/Subprogram 84.411C.

  8. Click the Delete button to delete the record you selected.

  9. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  10. Click the Continue > button to continue to the Summary tab.

  11. Click the Yes option to confirm the deletion.

  12. Click the Submit button to submit and save the deletion.

  13. The system displays a message indicating that the record was successfully deleted.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  14. Note:  If you would like to delete additional base records, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.

  15. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
