In this topic, you will learn how to delete a loan base record.
Steps:
Click the Base Record Maintenance menu item to begin the process of deleting a loan base record.
Step 1Click the button to the right of the Award Type field to display the list of award types.
Step 2Select the Direct Loan list item.
Step 3Enter the information into the Academic Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2013".
Step 4Enter the information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.411C".
Step 5Click the Search button to search for records which meet the criteria.
Step 6Click the Select button to mark the record for the 2013 Direct Loan for CFDA/Subprogram 84.411C.
Step 7Click the Delete button to delete the record you selected.
Step 8Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 9Click the Continue > button to continue to the Summary tab.
Step 10Click the Yes option to confirm the deletion.
Step 11Click the Submit button to submit and save the deletion.
Step 12The system displays a message indicating that the record was successfully deleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 13Note: If you would like to delete additional base records, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 14Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 15Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a loan base record.
