Add or Modify an ED Program Contact for a Formula Record


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to add or modify an ED Program Contact for a formula record.


Steps:

  1. Click the Formula Record menu item to begin the process of adding or modifying an Ed program contact.

    Step 1
  2. Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  3. Enter the search information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".

  4. Click the Search button to search for formula PR/Award Numbers which meet the criteria.

  5. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the results.

  6. Click the Select button to mark Schedule/Competition No. 4 and PR/Award No. Z003J090009.

  7. Click the Modify button to move to the Details tab.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the details for the Award you selected.

  9. Click the button to the right of the ED Program Contact field to display the list of Ed contacts.

  10. Select the Lincoln, Ed list item.

  11. Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.

  12. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.

  13. Click the Submit button to submit the change to the system and move to the Confirmation tab.

  14. The system displays a message indicating that the record for the formula award was successfully updated.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  15. NoteIf you want to add an Ed contact for additional records, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.

  16. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
