In this topic, you will learn how to add or modify an ED Program Contact for a formula record.
Steps:
Click the Formula Record menu item to begin the process of adding or modifying an Ed program contact.
Step 1Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the search information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 3Click the Search button to search for formula PR/Award Numbers which meet the criteria.
Step 4Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the results.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark Schedule/Competition No. 4 and PR/Award No. Z003J090009.
Step 6Click the Modify button to move to the Details tab.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the details for the Award you selected.
Step 8Click the button to the right of the ED Program Contact field to display the list of Ed contacts.
Step 9Select the Lincoln, Ed list item.
Step 10Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.
Step 11Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.
Step 12Click the Submit button to submit the change to the system and move to the Confirmation tab.
Step 13The system displays a message indicating that the record for the formula award was successfully updated.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 14Note: If you want to add an Ed contact for additional records, you can click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 15Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
