In this topic you will learn how to view the remaining balance as a program officer in the Post Award phase.
Steps:
Hover over the Reports link.
Step 1Click the Post Award button.
Step 2The Post Award reports function will allow you to choose the desired report you need. Scroll down to the "Available Balance" report.
Click the scrollbar.
Step 4Click the Remaining Balance link.
Step 5The remaining balance report will allow you to view all the awards with a remaining balance.
By clicking "check all" every award on your list will be selected.
Click the Check All button.
Step 7You can print the remaining balance report by exporting a Excel spreadsheet list or by exporting a PDF Document.
Note: By selecting "export excel" you will be exposed to more information relating to remaining balance drawdowns.
Click the Export to Excel button.
Step 9Here is the excel spreadsheet with all of the remaining balances left on all of your awards.
Click the Export to PDF button.
Step 11Here is the PDF Document with all of the remaining balances left on all of your awards.
