Purpose: This procedure demonstrates how to inquire and/or modify a Technical Review Form (TRF).  The user queries a TRF and selects a section to modify.  The TRF can be modified as long as it has a status of "Created."  Users can only modify the TRFs that are created for their CFDA number/Subprogram ID.  A user may also delete selected criteria from the form, including a topic or question.
