In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on payee award information.
Steps:
Click the Payee Award Inquiry menu to begin the process of inquiring on payee awards.
Step 1Click in the Search On field to display the Search On options.
Step 2You may search by Payee or Grantee information. This example will use Payee information.
Select the Payee list item.
Step 3Click in the Recipient Type field to display the list of recipient types.
Step 4You may choose Organization or Individual. This example will use Organization.
Select the Organization list item.
Step 5Enter the correct information into the Payee UEI field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "AAA111BBB223".
Step 6Click the Search button to search for award information which meets the search criteria.
Step 7Click the Select button to mark the information for the payee/grantee which displays.
Step 8Click the Inquire button to move to the Inquire tab and view the information.
Step 9At the top of the screen, the Payee information displays including Address, Name and UEI. At the bottom of the screen, award information for the payee displays including Available Balance, Payments and Last Date to Draw Funds.
Step 10After reviewing the information, click the < Previous button to return to the search results.
Step 11If you would like to search for information for additional UEI numbers, you may click Clear and perform a new search.
Step 12Click the Main menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully inquired on payee award information.
