Add a Review Contact to a Monitoring Review


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to add a review contact to a monitoring review.


Steps:

  1. Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Monitoring Reviews menu item to begin the process of editing a monitoring review.

    Step 1
  2. Click the Review Start Date link to access the desired review.

     

    In this example, click the 08/30/2013 link.

  3. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.

  4. Click the Add Contact link to add a new review contact.

    Step 4
  5. The Add Monitoring Contact window will appear.

     

    Enter the new monitoring contact information in the available fields.  Required fields are denoted by a red asterisk (*).

  6. Enter the person's first name into the First Name field.

     

    In this example, enter "Stephanie".

  7. After entering the contact's information, click the Save button to save the new contact.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll up the page.

  9. A message will appear confirming that the monitoring contact has been saved.

  10. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
