Resolve a Grant Issue


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to resolve a grant issue.


Steps:

  1. Select the desired award from the Grants with Issues list by clicking on the Award link.

     

    In this example, click the Z420C130002 link.

    Step 1
  2. Choose the desired issue from the list then click the Edit Issue button to modify the issue.

     

    In this example, edit the issue titled Financial: Excessive Drawdown.

  3. Click the Status dropdown list to modify the issue status.

  4. Select the Resolved option to resolve the grant issue.

  5. Click the Save Issue button to save the updated issue status.

    Step 5
  6. A message will appear to confirm that the changes have been saved.

  7. The issue status will also change to Resolved.

  8. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.

  9. Note: The award has been removed from the Grants with Issues list.
