In this topic, you will learn how to either publish or unpublish a performance report package.
Steps:
Click the Package Maintenance menu to begin the process of either publishing or unpublishing a performance report package.
Step 1Note: You may use any combination of fields to perform the search, including the required field. This example focuses on searching by a specific subprogram.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2010".
Step 3Enter the information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.407W".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for report packages which meet the criteria.
Step 5Note: The package's current status is "Created."
Step 6Click the Select button to mark the Performance Year 1 package.
Step 7Click the Publish/Unpublish button to publish the package you selected.
Step 8The Summary tab displays with the package information.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information.
Step 9The system displays a message asking if you are certain that you want to publish the package.
Click the Yes option to confirm.
Step 10Click the Submit button to submit your work and publish the package.
Step 11The system displays a message indicating that the package was successfully published.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 12Note: If you would like to publish additional packages, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Step 13Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 14Congratulations!
