Publish or Unpublish a Performance Report Package


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to either publish or unpublish a performance report package.


Steps:

  1. Click the Package Maintenance menu to begin the process of either publishing or unpublishing a performance report package.

    Step 1
  2. Note:  You may use any combination of fields to perform the search, including the required field.  This example focuses on searching by a specific subprogram.

    Step 2
  3. Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2010".

  4. Enter the information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.407W".

  5. Click the Search button to search for report packages which meet the criteria.

  6. Note:  The package's current status is "Created."

  7. Click the Select button to mark the Performance Year 1 package.

  8. Click the Publish/Unpublish button to publish the package you selected.

  9. The Summary tab displays with the package information.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information.

  10. The system displays a message asking if you are certain that you want to publish the package.

     

    Click the Yes option to confirm.

  11. Click the Submit button to submit your work and publish the package.

  12. The system displays a message indicating that the package was successfully published.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  13. Note:  If you would like to publish additional packages, you may click Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.

  14. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
