In this topic, you will learn how to undelete a high risk record which was previously deleted.
Steps:
Click the Risk Module menu to begin the process of undeleting a high risk record.
Step 1Enter the correct information into the UEI field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "EEE555FFF674".
Step 2Click the Include Inactive Records option so that the system will search for inactive records.
Step 3Click the Include Deleted Records option so that the system will search for deleted records.
Step 4Click the Search button to search for the deleted and inactive records for the UEI you entered.
Step 5Click the Select option to mark the record for UEI EEE555FFF674.
Step 6Click the Undelete button to undelete the record and move to the Summary page.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information for the record you have chosen to undelete.
Step 8Click the Submit button to confirm undeleting the record.
Step 9The system displays a message indicating that the high risk record was successfully undeleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 10Note: If you would like to undelete additional high risk records, you may click the Done button and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully undeleted a high risk record.
