In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on or modify a refund bank account.
Steps:
Click the Refund Bank Account Maintenance menu item to inquire on or modify a refund bank account.
Step 1Click the Select button to choose Account Number 123124125.
Step 2Click the Modify button to update the account information.
Step 3Click in the Account No. field to modify the account number.
Step 4Enter the update information into the appropriate fields.
For this example, please enter "6" at the end of the account number.
Step 5Click the drop down list in the Reason field to enter the reason for the update.
Step 6Select the changes due to account number change list item.
Step 7If you want to give further explanation for the modification, you can use the Reason (other) field. This field is optional.
Step 8Click the Continue > button to go to the Summary screen.
Step 9After viewing the updated information on the Summary Tab, click the Submit Refund Bank Account button to confirm the changes.
Step 10The Confirmation screen displays the updated information.
Click the Go to Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 11Congratulations!
