In this topic, you will learn how to delete a refund bank account.
Steps:
Click the Refund Bank Account Maintenance menu item to delete a refund bank account.
Step 1Click the Select button option to choose the Refund Bank Account to be deleted.
For this demonstration, please click the Select option for Bank Account 1231241256.
Step 2After selecting the Refund Account, click the Delete button.
Step 3Click the Reason dropdown list to select the reason for deleting the Refund Bank account.
Step 4Click the Changes Due to User Error list item from the Reason dropdown list.
Step 5Note that you may also enter an additional explanation (Reason - other).
For this example, click in the Reason (other) field.
Step 6Enter the additional explanation as desired into the Reason (Other) field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Delete".
Step 7Click the Continue > button to go to the Summary tab.
Step 8After reviewing the request to delete the refund bank account, click the Yes button to confirm the request.
Step 9The Confirmation tab displays the confirmed request.
Click the Go to Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 10Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a refund bank account.
