In this topic, you will learn how to delete a technical review form in G5.
Steps:
Click the Technical Review Forms menu item to begin the process of deleting a technical review form.
Step 1Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2012".
Step 2Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.422A".
Step 3Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "6".
Step 4Click the Search button to query the system for the technical review form.
Step 5The system displays the search results. Note that you may only delete forms which are in Draft, Created or Unpublished status.
Click the Select button to mark the form entitled Safe Schools TRF.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 7Click the Delete button to delete the form you have marked.
Step 8The Summary screen displays.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the summary information.
Step 9The system displays a message asking if you are sure you want to delete the form.
Click the Yes button to acknowledge the deletion and move to the Confirmation screen.
Step 10The system displays a message confirming that the form has been deleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 11Note: If you want to delete more technical review forms, you can click the Done button to return to the Search screen.
Step 12Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted a technical review form.
