In this topic, you will learn how to publish or un-publish a technical review form.
Steps:
Click the Technical Review Forms menu item to begin the process of publishing or unpublishing a technical review form.
Step 1Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2012".
Step 2Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.422A".
Step 3Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "5".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for the technical review forms which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark the form entitled Education Univ TRF.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 7Click the Publish/UnPublish button to publish the form you have selected.
Step 8The Summary information displays.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.
Step 9The system displays a message asking if you are sure that you want to publish the form.
Click the Yes button to confirm the publishing of the technical review form.
Step 10The system displays a message indicating that the form has been successfully published.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 11Note: If you want to publish additional technical review forms, you can click the Done button to return to the search screen.
Step 12Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully published and un-published a technical review form.
