In this topic, you will learn how to publish or unpublish other review forms.
Steps:
Click the Other Forms menu item to begin the process of publishing or unpublishing other review forms.
Step 1Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 3Click the Search button to search for forms which meet the criteria.
Step 4Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark the form entitled Education University Exit Assessment.
Step 6Click the Publish/UnPublish button to publish the form you have selected.
Step 7The Summary screen displays.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.
Step 8The system displays a message asking if you are sure you want to publish the form.
Click the Yes button to confirm.
Step 9The system displays a message confirming that the form has been successfully published.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 10Note: If you want to publish additional forms, you can click the Done button to return to the search screen and repeat the process.
Step 11Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully published and unpublished other review forms.
