Inquire and Modify a Grant Team


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on and/or modify a grant team.


Steps:

  1. Click the Grant Team function to inquire on or modify a grant team.

    Step 1
  2. Enter the desired information into the Grant Team Name field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "ACME Grant Team".

  3. Click the Search button to execute the query.

  4. Click the Select button for Grant Team Number OCFO121 to mark it.

  5. Click the Modify button to update the team information.

    Step 5
  6. Click the Remove Team Members button to begin removing team members.

  7. Click the Select option next to Ed Washington's name to mark the name.

  8. Click the Remove Team Member button to remove Ed Washington from the team.

  9. The system displays a message asking if you are sure you want to remove Ed Washington from the team.

     

    Click the Yes option to acknowledge the removal of Ed Washington.

  10. Click the Continue > button to confirm.

  11. Click the Done Removing Team Members button to let the system know that you are finished removing team members.

  12. The list of members updates to show Ed Washington as Inactive.

     

    Click the Add Team Members button to add a member to the team.

  13. Click the button to the right of the Program Office field to display the list of program offices.

  14. Select the OVAE list item.

  15. Click the Vertical button of the scrollbar to scroll down.

  16. Click the Select option next to Cary Onward's name to mark it.

  17. Click the Add Team Member button to add Cary Onward to the team.

  18. Click the Vertical button of the scrollbar to scroll down.

  19. Click the Done Adding Team Members button to let the system know you are finished adding team members.

  20. Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.

  21. The system displays a summary of the grant team members and the status of each.

     

    Click the Submit Changes button to confirm the changes.

  22. The system displays a message letting you know that the modifications were successful.

     

    Click the Done button to acknowledge the system note.

  23. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
