In this topic, you will learn how to unsubmit a performance report package.
Steps:
Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of unsubmitting a performance report.
Step 1Click the Select button to mark Award P407W100001.
Step 2Click the Continue > button to continue to the list of reports associated with the award you selected.
Step 3Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down through the list of reports.
Step 4Click the Select button to mark the Annual Financial report for Award P407W100001.
Step 5Click the Unsubmit button to unsubmit the report you selected.
Step 6Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information on the Summary tab.
Step 7The system displays a message asking if you are certain that you want to unsubmit the report package.
Click the Yes option to confirm.
Step 8Click the Submit button to submit and save your changes.
Step 9The system displays a message indicating that the report package was successfully unsubmitted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 10Note: If you would like to unsubmit reports packages for additional awards, you may click Done and return to the list of your awards to repeat the process.
Step 11Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 12Congratulations!
You have successfully unsubmitted a performance report.
