Unsubmit a Performance Report


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to unsubmit a performance report package.


Steps:

  1. Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of unsubmitting a performance report.

  2. Click the Select button to mark Award P407W100001.

    Step 2
  3. Click the Continue > button to continue to the list of reports associated with the award you selected.

  4. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down through the list of reports.

  5. Click the Select button to mark the Annual Financial report for Award P407W100001.

  6. Click the Unsubmit button to unsubmit the report you selected.

  7. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information on the Summary tab.

  8. The system displays a message asking if you are certain that you want to unsubmit the report package.

     

    Click the Yes option to confirm.

  9. Click the Submit button to submit and save your changes.

  10. The system displays a message indicating that the report package was successfully unsubmitted.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  11. Note:  If you would like to unsubmit reports packages for additional awards, you may click Done and return to the list of your awards to repeat the process.

  12. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
