In this topic, you will learn how to analyze reviewers' scores using the Standardized Scoring Method.
Steps:
Click the Score Review and Analysis menu to begin the process of reviewing and analyzing the scores.
Step 1Enter the search information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the search information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 3Enter the search information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "5".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for competition and tiers which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark the second competition tier listed.
Step 6Click the Continue > button to move to the Reviewer Scores tab.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 8Click the button to the right of the Panel field to display the list of competition panels.
Step 9Select the Panel - 2 list item.
Step 10Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the scores.
Step 11Click the Include Priority Points option to include priority points in the scoring.
Step 12Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down again.
Step 13Click the Continue > button to move to the ED Scores tab.
Step 14Click the button to the right of the Scoring Method field to display the list of scoring methods.
Step 15Select the Standard Scoring list item.
Step 16Note: The system re-calculates the average scores using the standard system and displays the results.
Step 17Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary screen.
Step 18Note: The system uses the standardized scores and displays the rankings for the competition applications.
Step 19Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 20Click the Submit button to submit the scores to the system.
Step 21Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 22Note: If you want to analyze additional scores, you can click the Done button and repeat the process.
Step 23Click the Go to Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
