Application Log Inquiry


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to query an application log in G5.


Steps:

  1. Click the Application Log menu item to begin the process of querying the application log.

  2. NoteYou can search for existing applications by completing the Search Criteria screen.

  3. Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  4. Enter the information into the ADC/CFDA/Subprogram No. field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".

  5. Click the Search button to search for applications which meet the criteria.

  6. Click the vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the search results.

  7. Note:  There are several ways to manage the applications by using the buttons at the bottom of the Manage Application Log screen.

     

    Each of these actions is discussed in separate topics.  For this example, we will focus on viewing the existing application(s).

  8. Select the Z003J090001 link to view the application for the award.

  9. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the application information including Competition Information, Applicant Information, attached files which have been uploaded and History.

  10. Note:  You can view and/or print the application attachment.

  11. Once you have finished reviewing the application, click the Previous button to return to the search screen.

  12. NoteYou can review any of the other applications listed in the search results.  You can also click the Clear button and perform a new search.

  13. Hover over the Main menu and click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
