In this topic, you will learn how to query an application log in G5.
Steps:
Click the Application Log menu item to begin the process of querying the application log.
Step 1Note: You can search for existing applications by completing the Search Criteria screen.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 3Enter the information into the ADC/CFDA/Subprogram No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.003J".
Step 4Click the Search button to search for applications which meet the criteria.
Step 5Click the vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the search results.
Step 6Note: There are several ways to manage the applications by using the buttons at the bottom of the Manage Application Log screen.
Each of these actions is discussed in separate topics. For this example, we will focus on viewing the existing application(s).
Step 7Select the Z003J090001 link to view the application for the award.
Step 8Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the application information including Competition Information, Applicant Information, attached files which have been uploaded and History.
Step 9Note: You can view and/or print the application attachment.
Step 10Once you have finished reviewing the application, click the Previous button to return to the search screen.
Step 11Note: You can review any of the other applications listed in the search results. You can also click the Clear button and perform a new search.
Step 12Hover over the Main menu and click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 13Congratulations!
You have successfully queried an application log.
