Modify an Admin Action Request as a Grantee


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to modify an admin action request.


Steps:

  1. Click the Initiate Actions menu item under Grant Maintenance to begin the process of modifying an administrative (admin) action.

  2. Select the award you want to modify.

     

    In this example, click the Select button to mark Award P031A170000.

  3. Click the Continue > button to move to the Admin Action Request page.

  4. Pending admin actions will be listed at the bottom of the Admin Action Request page.  Select the admin action you want to modify.

     

    Click the Select button to mark the Pending Address Change request.

  5. Click the Un-Submit button to unsubmit the request.

  6. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.

  7. Click the Submit button to complete the process and unsubmit the request.

  8. The system displays a message indicating that the action has been successfully unsubmitted.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down the page.

  9. Click the Done button to return to the Initiate Admin Actions page.

  10. Click the Select button to mark Award P031A170000.

  11. Click the Continue > button to move to the Admin Action Request page.

  12. The request will now be in Draft status.

     

    Click the Select button to mark the Draft Address Change request.

  13. Click the Continue button to modify the selected request.

  14. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down past the current information to the New Address section.

  15. Modify the appropriate fields.

     

    In this example, press the [Backspace] key to clear the Street Address field.

  16. Enter the correct information into the Street Address field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "123 First St".

  17. Click the Continue > button to move to the Summary tab.

  18. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the information you have entered.

  19. Click the Submit button to submit the request to the system.

  20. The system displays a message indicating that the action has been successfully submitted.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  21. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
