In this topic you will learn how to create a profile in Principal Officer Maintenance.
Steps:
Click the Principal Officer Maintenance button.
Step 1Click the Create button
Step 2In the Program Office field click the Drop down button to the right of the Office field.
Step 3Select the Program Office from the list of Program offices.
Step 4Click the First Name field to add the first name .
Step 5Click the Last Name field to add the last name .
Step 6Click the Title field button to select title.
Step 7Select from the drop down list the delegated users official Title. For this example select Assistant Secretary.
Step 8Click the Email Address field to add the authorized users official e-mail address.
Step 9Click the Start Date field and select the beginning date. This date should represent the beginning of the delegation process.
Step 10Click the End Date field and select the ending date. This date should represent the ending of the delegation process.
Step 11Click the Upload button to upload the e-Signature image. This image must be saved as a PNG format. Please reference the "Steps to create Digital Signature PNG FILE" document.
Step 12Click the Choose File button.
Step 13Click the Perform Upload button once you have selected the desired image.
Step 14While the upload is being performed the system will scan for viruses.
Step 15Click the Add button to attach the image to the Attachment Upload field.
Step 16The associated image has been uploaded to the Attachment File.
Step 17Click the Comments field to Enter a Mandatory Comment.
Step 18Click the Continue button.
Step 19Click the Check Box button to certify the statement. You must certify that you have been granted Authority to proceed with these actions.

Click the Submit button.
Step 21Click the Vertical scroll bar to scroll up and view the search results.

The profile has been saved successfully.
