Delete an Award Reinstatement


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to delete a reinstatement.


Steps:

  1. Click the Initiation menu to begin the process of deleting an award reinstatement.

    Step 1
  2. Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".

  3. Enter the information into the PR/Award No field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "P938R090023".

  4. Click the Search button to search for the reinstatement information.

  5. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  6. Click the Select button to mark the reinstatement which displayed.

  7. Click the Delete Reinstatement button to delete the reinstatement.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down through the Reinstatement Details.

  9. The system displays a message asking if you are certain you want to delete the reinstatement.

     

    Click the Yes option to confirm.

  10. Click the Continue > button to continue to the Summary tab.

  11. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  12. Click the Submit button to submit the deletion and save your work.

  13. The system displays a message indicating that the reinstatement was successfully deleted.

     

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  14. Note:  If you would like to delete additional award reinstatements, click Done to return to the search screen and repeat the process.

  15. Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
