In this topic, you will learn how to delete a reinstatement.
Steps:
Click the Initiation menu to begin the process of deleting an award reinstatement.
Step 1Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2009".
Step 2Enter the information into the PR/Award No field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "P938R090023".
Step 3Click the Search button to search for the reinstatement information.
Step 4Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 5Click the Select button to mark the reinstatement which displayed.
Step 6Click the Delete Reinstatement button to delete the reinstatement.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down through the Reinstatement Details.
Step 8The system displays a message asking if you are certain you want to delete the reinstatement.
Click the Yes option to confirm.
Step 9Click the Continue > button to continue to the Summary tab.
Step 10Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 11Click the Submit button to submit the deletion and save your work.
Step 12The system displays a message indicating that the reinstatement was successfully deleted.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 13Note: If you would like to delete additional award reinstatements, click Done to return to the search screen and repeat the process.
Step 14Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 15Congratulations!
You have successfully deleted an award reinstatement.
