In this topic, you will learn how to copy a technical review form in G5.
Steps:
Click the Technical Review Forms menu item to begin the process of copying a technical review form.
Step 1You will first need to search for the technical review form you want to copy.
Step 2Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2012".
Step 3Enter the information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.422A".
Step 4Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "4".
Step 5Click the Search button to search for the form.
Step 6Click the Select button to mark the ACME TRF for Schedule 4, Tier 1.
Step 7Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 8Click the Copy button to copy the form you have marked.
Step 9Next you will need to search for the schedule and tier to which you want to copy the technical review form.
Important Note: The tier or tiers must exist in the system for the competition to which you are copying. If the tier or tiers have not been created, you will receive an error message.
Step 10Enter the information into the Fiscal Year field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2012".
Step 11Enter the information into the Designator Code/CFDA field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.422A".
Step 12Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "5".
Step 13Click the Search button to search for the schedule.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 15Click the Select option to mark Schedule 5, Tier 1.
Step 16Click the Continue > button to move the Review Form Entry screen.
Step 17Note: The system has copied the information from the existing form onto the new form. You can revise or add to the fields as needed. For this example, the Form Title will be updated.
Step 18Highlight the existing information in the Form Title field.
Step 19Press the [Delete] key to delete the Form Title which was copied from Schedule 4.
Step 20Enter the new Form Title into the Form Title field.
For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "Education Univ TRF".
Step 21Click the Vertical scrollbar to review the remaining information which was copied onto the Review Form Entry screen.
Step 22Click the Continue > button to move to the Questions tab.
Step 23Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the questions which were copied onto the new form.
Step 24Note: You may edit, delete or add sub-questions to the existing questions as needed. You may also add additional questions.
Step 25Click the Continue > button to retain the questions which were copied and move to the Priority Questions screen.
Step 26Note: Again, you may edit or delete the existing question(s) as needed. You may also add questions.
Step 27Click the Continue > button to retain the existing Priority Question and move to the Signature/Comments screen.
Step 28Click the Continue > button to keep the Signature/Comments screen as is and move to the Summary screen.
Step 29Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the Summary information.
Step 30Click the Submit button to submit the newly created form.
Step 31The Confirmation screen displays with a message indicating that the form has been successfully copied.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.
Step 32If you want to copy more Technical Review Forms, you can click the Done button to return to the Search screen.
Step 33Click the Go To Home button to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 34Congratulations!
You have successfully copied a technical review form.
