Inquire on or Modify an Application Package


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on or modify an application package.


Steps:

  1. Click the Package Maintenance menu item to begin the process of inquiring on or modifying an application package.

    Step 1
  2. Enter the correct information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2010".

  3. Enter the correct information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.066W".

  4. Enter the information into the Schedule No. field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "4".

  5. Click the Search button to search for packages which meet the criteria.

  6. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the search results.

  7. Click the Training by Consultants, Version 2 link.

  8. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the package information.

  9. Click the Vertical scrollbar to continue scrolling down and view the narratives.

  10. Click the History button to view the sequence of actions which have occurred with the package.

  11. After reviewing the history, click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

  12. Click the < Previous button to return to the package information.

  13. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  14. Click the Cancel Inquire button to return to the search screen.

  15. Note:  If you want to inquire on additional application packages, you may click Clear and repeat the process.

  16. Click the Home menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
