In this topic, you will learn how to add a notable result to an award in G5.
Steps:
Click the My Grants link to view the list of assigned awards.
Step 1Select the desired award by clicking the PR Award Number link.
In this example, select award Z420C130003.
Step 2Click the Notable Results tab to view the list of notable results associated with the selected award.
Step 3Click the Add Result tab.
Click the Category field to select a result category.
Step 5Select a result category from the dropdown list.
In this example, select "Achieving Significant Results".
Step 6Click in the Date field to populate the calendar.
Step 7You can type the date or select it from the calendar below.
In this example, select September 23 on the calendar.
Step 8Enter a description of the notable result in the Description field.
For this example, enter "The university has achieved an increase in graduation and retention."
Step 9Enter the desired information into the Tags field.
For this example, enter "graduation" into the Tags field.
Step 10Click the Save Notable Result button to save the result.
Step 11User will receive notification that result was saved successfully.
Step 12Notable result is displayed.
Step 13Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
Step 14Congratulations!
You have successfully added a notable result to an award.
