Add a Notable Result

In this topic, you will learn how to add a notable result to an award in G5.


Steps:

  1. Click the My Grants link to view the list of assigned awards.

    Step 1
  2. Select the desired award by clicking the PR Award Number link.

     

    In this example, select award Z420C130003.

  3. Click the Notable Results tab to view the list of notable results associated with the selected award.

  4. Click the Add Result tab.

  5. Click the Category field to select a result category.

    Step 5
  6. Select a result category from the dropdown list.

     

    In this example, select "Achieving Significant Results".

  7. Click in the Date field to populate the calendar.

    Step 7
  8. You can type the date or select it from the calendar below.

     

    In this example, select September 23 on the calendar.

  9. Enter a description of the notable result in the Description field. 

     

    For this example, enter "The university has achieved an increase in graduation and retention."

  10. Enter the desired information into the Tags field. 

     

    For this example, enter "graduation" into the Tags field.

  11. Click the Save Notable Result button to save the result.

  12. User will receive notification that result was saved successfully.

  14. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
