Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how to manually create recipient data in G5.  Authorized users from the G5 Functional Team are responsible for entering and changing recipient data upon requests from the Program Offices.  In the future, the Department of Education will be receiving daily refreshes from the Central Contract Registration (CCR) which will automatically update the information.
